Survey Purpose

important to develop the right questions.
- Lots
of effort is necessary to make a successful survey
- Perhaps
we should look into previous surveys around the country to get a sense of
what they deliver.
- Our
Outreach Committee may not have the skills to put together a proper
survey.
- We may need an experienced surveyor to review our
questions. \John suggests
cherry-picking published (web) surveys. John volunteered to do this research.
- John
knows a market research individual who may vet out draft survey.
- Can we
add a calculator to the survey.
- We
recognize that the Steering Committee needs to weigh in on this.
- John
had an idea for each committee to suggest one question for the survey. Discussion lead to increasing the
number to three.
